Primary Delivery and/or metering:
The customer may elect to take service at the primary voltage that is available at the service location. When customer takes service at such primary voltage and provides all facilities necessary to take service at this voltage, customer’s demand charge, before adjustments, will be reduced $0.20 per KW for nominal 13,800 volt delivery. When metering is at such primary voltage a discount of 1% will be made in the measured quantities for billing purposes.
